Studio Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an organised, and highly motivated individual for this dual, full-time role, who can handle diverse responsibilities and who thrives in a creative environment. As the Studio/Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, as well as managing projects.

Responsibilities
STUDIO MANAGEMENT
As Studio Manager you will:
- Manage the daily running of the studio.Manage stand-up calls with the team to coordinate project status check-ins. Help onboard and set-up any new starters including log-ins, access to platforms and software etc.
- Assist the Executive Producer with the flow of resource for all projects for both internal and external talent.
- Manage and keep on top of a resource tracker to ensure projects are properly staffed.
- Liaise with freelance talent and recruiters to check availability, manage pencils and confirm bookings.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with all suppliers and production partners.
- Work seamlessly and collaboratively with our creative team, creating an effortless and fun working environment.
- Work with the team to update social media channels and the Inertia website. Assist in applying for awards, booking conferences and workshops.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As Project Manager you will:
- Have the ability to support the producer on cost estimates, timelines and project paperwork.
- Coordinate project daily and weekly meetings.
- Work with our external suppliers to obtain quotes, manage timescales and deliveries.
- Assist the producer with project wrap-ups, reconciliations, and debriefs.
- Support & apply our company values throughout all activities and communication.
Requirements
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising and negotiating with freelancers and suppliers.
- A solid understanding of creative workflows; experience in animation or post-production is a plus, but not required.
Additional Info
- Role type: full-time and on-site. While we do have WFH days, this role is not remote or considered hybrid.
- Reports to: Executive Producer
- Team size: Internal team of 8 largely working out of our London office.
